Som kontrast tänkte jag berätta att veckan började med nyttiga vegetariska middagar, inspirerad av Pickipicki.
När vi valde bland våra egna vego-favoriter resulterade det i en lyxig en tvårätters med

Adam Tenstas burmesiska Palak Paneer

Have been eating to much and to unhealthy food all days long at a conference with my company.
As a contrast the week started with healthy vegetarian dinners inspired by Pickipicki.
When chosing among our own veggie-favourites the perfect meal was this two-course dinner:
Green pea soup and burmesian Palak Paneer.
Green pea soup, recepie from Lisa Förare Winbladh, a swedish food-celebrity
4 servings
4 dl green peas
1 small leek, only the white
8 dl chicken broth
0,5 tsk fresh mint
1 msk frozen bazil
1 msk lime juice
butter
Chop the leek and until soft in butter. Add the broth and bring to boil. Add the peas. Use a blender until the soup base tha become a fine puree. Add mint and bazil. Season with lime juice, salt and pepper.
Burmesian Palak Paneer, a recepie from the swedish hip-hop-artist Adam Tensta
4 servings
1 onion
1 clove of garlic
2 red chillies
5 cm ginger
2 dl cream
2 msk mustard seeds
500 g halloumi cheese
750 g fresh spinach
1 msk vinegar
1 msk brown sugar
tumeric, salt, black pepper
1 msk butter
olive oil
Raita with cucumber
1/2 cucumber, diced
3 dl turkish youghurt
salt and black peppeer
Salsa with mango
1/2 onion
300 g mango
30 physalis
2 limes, the juice
1 habanero chillie
2 msk powdered sugar
Fry the halloumi. Chop onions, ginger, garlic and saute with butter and olive oil. Rinse the spinach and blanch it in a pan with olive oil. Add the cream and mustard seeds. Mix the cucumber with some salt. After a while squeeze and let the liquid drain of. Mix with youghurt and tast with pepper and salt.

Jag blev också inspirerad av Tinas vegetariska vecka! Er mat ser ju väldigt god ut, ska prova paneer nån dag.
Den bästa vego-maten är sådan att man inte ens saknar kött!
